In the 1980s, computer and electronic games came to the USSR. In 1983, the Soviet industry mastered the production of household computers of the BK (household computer) series, and in 1984, the production of electronic games of the Electronica IM (microprocessor game) series began.

Some of the games of this family were unlicensed copies, analogs and variations of electronic toys Game and Watch series "Wide Screen", released by Nintendo in 1981-1982 (EGG, Octopus, Mickey Mouse, Chef and others).
