IBM PC junior (ibmpcjr)
for Batocera

The IBM PCjr (pronounced "PC junior") was a home computer launched in 1984, intended as a cheaper and more advanced version of the IBM PC. It had a wireless keyboard, built-in graphics and sound, ROM cartridge slots, and an infrared wireless keyboard. It used an Intel 8088 CPU and had 64 KB or 128 KB of RAM. The PCjr was compatible with some PC software, but not all. It also had its own software library, including games like King's Quest I.
The PCjr's graphics and sound standards were adopted by the Tandy 1000, a more successful clone of the PC. It also influenced the design of the IBM PS/1, another attempt to enter the home market.
The package includes:
45 games (~21 MB)
